Using Typeform for Service Booking & Customer Experience Surveys for Carpet Cleaning services

Hi everyone,

I’ve been exploring ways to improve customer booking experiences using Typeform for local service businesses. While researching the Best Carpet Cleaner Brisbane options, I noticed how conversational forms can make quote requests and feedback collection much smoother for customers.

We recently looked at workflows used by Austech Carpet Cleaning, and it gave me ideas for using Typeform to simplify appointment requests and post-service surveys.

Has anyone here built service booking or customer feedback flows with Typeform? Would love to hear your suggestions and best practices.

Hi ​@chrislogan sounds like you could create a really simple booking experience with Typeform! We have a Scheduling question type, so people can book in via your Google or Calendly calendar without having to leave the form. 

I would recommend checking out some of our previous customer stories for examples of how other folks are using Typeform. We chatted to an Australian-based account software company, Reckon, last year who had a lot of success building their annual customer feedback survey with Typeform.
