Why is the quality of my custom background image super low?

Hi,

I’m trying to add a background image to my survey. The background image turns out having super low quality after uploading it, even though the image size or resolution limits are not being exceeded. What’s the problem?

 

 

Please note that I’m using the free version of Typeform.

Hi @Ezcoo thanks for stopping by! The images are resized according to the section you’re placing them, so if the image you’ve uploaded is above the maximum pixels we support, it’s possible that it’s being reformatted accordingly. More information about the image sizes per section can be found here. 

Do you happen to know what the size of your image is?
