Hello. Can I turn off the “record screen” option at the top of the video replies? I am working with senior citizens and I need the options to be minimal so people don’t get confused easily. I understand the need for the other options to let people upload (I educate them about this option), and change their microphone or camera. But the “record screen” option has created confusion. If there is a place to unselect this as an option on my VideoAsk, I can’t seem to locate it. Thanks for any help.

It’s not possible to turn off the controls at the top of the reply screen, they’re all fixed at the moment but I can definitely pass this feedback on to the team to be considered as we continue developing the product.
That’s fucked up guys. I also need to remove the screen record and upload option - that was possible before. We are paying you a lot of money and it would be nice to have this option.

VideoAsk hasn’t previously had the option to remove those controls, and at the moment there aren’t any plans to implement the option to hide them. I will definitely pass the feedback on to the team, would you mind sharing a bit more about how you are using VideoAsk so I can add some extra context for the team?
