Dark video when uploaded

Hello when uploading videos, they become dark, and seem particularly compressed. What can we do ? What format should I send exactly? What resolution? Our videos produced by professionals are perfect on PC.

Hey @Tecnoo we usually recommend 1920 x 1080 px. Sometimes the transcoding process can have an effect on color especially if you’ve recorded in HDR or 4K. 

I would recommend checking out the article here for some recording & uploading tips but as Liz said if you wouldn’t mind sharing the link again we can take a look too!
