I would like to allow over 300 sec for some of my questions (450 sec as max ) how can i change the default limitation of 300 sec?

The maximum time for answers is 300 seconds if the respondent is recording their answer via VideoAsk. The only workaround we have is that you can upload a video file that’s longer (as long as it’s no more than 500MB) but I think that might be a blocker for some people answering your videoask.
I can add it as a feature request and let you know if anything changes with recording lengths.
