I set up one of my videos to only accept recorded videos as a response.
Where is the recorded video answer sent? I can’t find it in any of my email accounts or anywhere inside of VideoAsk.

How have you set up this rule? I’ve not seen this been done before, so I’m interested to see the setup.
If someone is responding to your videoask and uploading a video it will appear in your VideoAsk inbox once they have submitted it. It could be worth testing, feel free to post the link to your videoask here and we can take a look.
