VieoAsk not showing text overlay in build view only in preview

new to 50/mo plan. why does the text overlay not show up in the build view but only in the preview mode? not a fade problem, checked everything and deleted and started over still issue

    Hey ​@kenhood this sounds like it might be a bug, I remember something similar happening a few years back, but no recent reports on the issue. I will flag it with our developers to look into!

    Hey ​@kenhood hope you had a good weekend. I spoke to our developers about this, and they think it’s expected behaviour. I think because the video doesn’t autoplay in the builder, it doesn’t show the overlay text, but it does appear in preview mode. 

    Hopefully that makes sense, let me know if you have any follow up questions 🙏
