I have a video ask that Iโm testing before we shoot all of the content - and it has a contact form on the second step.
I keep testing inputting different email addresses in the contact forms, then clicking out of the video ask - I see that they become registered as contacts, but not as an interaction?
It says an hour, but Iโve completed clicked out of the browsers and nothing is showing in the interactions at all for them? Is there possibly a setting Iโm missing?

Quick thought: if youโre using button or multiple choice answer types, check the skip data collection option. If thatโs enabled, you wonโt receive any information for answers to those steps.
