Hey folks, welcome to our community 🫶
We built this space for you - our main purpose is to give you access to a global community of talented creators and form-builders, and empower you to do more with Typeform 💜
If you’re new here, or maybe have been a member a while and need a little reminder, here are 8 ways you can make the most out of the community:
- Get stuck in! Reading is great, and you’ll notice there are already lots of useful conversations in our community, but nothing beats joining in the chat so make sure you hit the Log in button in the top right of the page and get involved.
- Ask a question or start a conversation. So simple to do, the create a post button can be accessed wherever you are on the platform. If you’re looking for help, chances are there’s someone here that could share some wisdom, and if you are the wise one - don’t forget to pay it forward! The more we share, the more we learn, the more we grow!
- Tell us if you’ve built something awesome. We know our community is full of smart and creative people, and it’s so inspiring to see what’s possible with Typeform. So if you’re particularly proud of something you’ve built - let us know! We will be your biggest cheerleaders and shout your successes from the metaphorical roof top. There will always be someone that will be eternally grateful for the knowledge shared.
- Connect with other members. This community isn’t just about questions and conversations, it’s all about the people 😍 Get to know other members, be open to learning from each other, and expand your network. You never know who might end up being a great help to your business, project, or even becoming a friend!
- Share your feedback. We want to know what you think about our product, our community, and anything else related to Typeform. We run frequent customer surveys but we know there are times when you just need to share something with us - so be sure to post it in the Community so we can make sure the right people see it.
- Say thank you. It’s a powerful word, and we all like to know if we’ve been helpful, so don’t forget to say thanks if someone helped you out. You can do this by liking a comment, marking a comment as the “best answer” if they answered your question, or simply leave them a nice message saying thanks!
- Flag anything weird. This is the internet after all, and sometimes weird things happen! So if something doesn’t look right, or seems inappropriate, you can report it by hovering over the 3 dots in the right corner of every post and comment. Together we can keep the community safe at all times.
- And finally, Enjoy yourself! This is your community, learn and share as much as you can, be kind to each other and don’t forget, emojis and gifs are always welcome 😉
Community is about sharing - not only success stories but also the little tips, techniques, or even hurdles that you discover along the way. The Community Team will not always hold all the answers, tips or workarounds - but we, as a community, can come together, share our knowledge and help each other grow, one ‘seed’ at a time!
