Hey 
You can move your forms between accounts by clicking on the three dots beside the form and selecting the option "Move to". Then, you'll choose the account or workspace you'd like to move your form to. 
We have an article in our Help Center that explains, step by step, how to get this done. I'm sure it'll help you!
