It seems ridiculous it only ads as a custom field.
Also I would like to grab any other data that I can without asking such as profile picture etc. is this possible?

I believe Klaviyo built this integration so it might be worth checking out their Help guide here for more information on setup.
Looking at their guide, it seems having DOB and Country as a custom field is a limitation so it might be worth reaching out to Klaviyo to see if they have a solution 🙏
Yeah they were no help at all. In fact they said pretty much the same thing - passing responsibility to the other platform.
