I have a pretty urgent matter and was wondering what the usual wait time is to hear back from support? 

Also if anyone here could help that would be great. I need to get access to the images sent to me via typeform but due to legal reasons I cannot download them to my laptop but need to keep them in the cloud.

To do that I set up integration with google docs to be able to view them in browser without downloading them but only the new images that are being sent are showing up in the folder and I did not see an option to move over the older submissions pre-integration when setting up the integration or anywhere else in the connect dashboard. 

Hi @AidalyChad Happy Tuesday! The support response time will depend on your plan. For example, our Business and Enterprise plans will have the fastest response, whereas as Free plan typically has about a 24 response time. 

As for the issue you’re looking for help with, our support team would be best suited to help with this since they can log in and access your account whereas we cannot as a community.
