How do I set up the Meta Pixel properly so I can track exactly which campaign or ad brought in each lead?

Once your Pixel ID is added in the Connect panel, the Pixel reports conversions inside Meta (TypeformSubmit works as a custom conversion). To see the campaign and ad on each individual lead, pass them in as URL parameters:

1. In your typeform, open Workflow, click + under Pull data in, turn on the source, campaign and content UTMs, Save, then publish.

2. In Ads Manager, at the ad level under Tracking, use your plain form link as the website URL and add this to URL parameters:
utm_source=facebook&utm_campaign={{campaign.name}}&utm_content={{ad.name}}

Each response then shows them in Responses. Meta keeps the names from when the ad was first published, so later renames won't show.
