How to track the completion rate for each site page where the typeform is embedded

We don’t have an automatic way to track which page of your website the Typeform was completed on, so you would need to manually set this up using hidden fields. 

To do this, I would suggest the following: 

1. Add a hidden field to your form, such as “page_source”
2. When embedding the typeform to that page, edit the hidden field in the Typeform URL to add a keyword for the page the form is embedded. You’ll want to be sure to edit the hidden fields in the embedded form like this. 
3. Repeat this step for each page of your website that you have the form embedded on. 

Then, in the results, you can filter by hidden field to see which page of your website the result was collected from.
