I am trying to connect Infusionsoft to my hidden fields for name and email. The problem is every time I try it tells me I have no questions even though I do. Clearly I am missing a step (or steps) but I am so confused. 

How do I integrate it with infusionsoft so that the names autopopulate and I don’t need to ask for their email address.
