Hi! I’m Gustavo and responsible for the workflow of moving people in my company.

Every week, I have to upload a dropdown question with new employees. Is there a way to integrate this dropdown question into a spreadsheet that contains the names of all employees?

 

By the way, I liked the ideia of a Typeform Community 🙂 I manage three workflows with Typeform.

Hi @gustavo.piroupo thanks for dropping by! While we don’t have a way to integrate this with a spreadsheet, you could use the APIs if you’re more tech-savvy to update the form each time you have new employees you want to add to the dropdown. 

The one thing to note is that, if the form has already begun collecting data, updating the form may cause issues to the data you’ve already collected. You can learn more about this here
