i want to disconnect klaviyo and connect my form to omnisend. the zapier app made the connection twice but i can see klaviyo is still connected ...how can i disconnect klaviyo?

Hi
In the Connect tab of your form, click on the 3 dots next to Klaviyo, then select Delete to disconnect the integration.
