New Typeform does not show Salesforce

Hello,

I already have 3 typeforms that are connected to salesforce. We have created a new one in Typeform, but it does not show up on my form list in Salesforce.

How can I make it so that I see my new form?

Hi again, @elisarichomme ! Our tech team said that if you go to the settings below and click “retrieve forms,” it should then appear for you. 

Let us know if it still doesn’t show after that!

Hi @elisarichomme Thanks! Can I have you try removing/re-adding the Salesforce integration to see if that allows the form to show?

Ok thank you, I never saw that back button on the admin page and didn’t think I could go back to the first steps of connection! Oupsies
