Hi! I would like to know how the privacy policy is ruled when I use Typeform for our recruiting campaigns. We will be asking questions and also requesting CV’s and other documents (driver’s licence, social security numbers and so on). Do we point to Typeform’s privacy policy when doing this or do we need our own?

Hi @Amine Welcome to the community! Since you own the data you collect, you’ll want to be sure to include your own privacy if needed for legal reasons. There are a few ways to go about adding one, one example being below.
