Salesforce Integration: Typeform to Case with lookup?

I’m aware that the current integration does not support lookup fields with Salesforce.  Is there a workaround in place where we can create a case that is associated with the correct account, given that we can store the Salesforce Account ID as a hidden field?

Hi @msachman As all of the information in the form needs to be pre-set, there wouldn’t be a workaround for this since the form can’t connect with an outside database. Though, you can pass information into the form through hidden fields like this
