Suddenly, Typeform not appearing embedded in page

Suddenly, I have a typeform that is not appearing in my page.  On mobile version, I just have a blank space where the form should be, but on Desktop versions, it always says something like: “ form.typeform.com refused to connect.”  The page is located here: http://aeromedicalinc.com/appointment.php

Any ideas what would have changed, or why this would suddenly be acting like this?  It was working yesterday.

I have the exact same problem. Talked to the host and they said it’s clearly a typeform settings issue. Please advise quickly.

both of you should raise support tickets at the help desk link here

the community is not the Support Desk for Typeform for these types of issues

if you check status.typeform.com you will see no reported issues at this time. If you believe this is a service fault, please submit the help desk tickets

Hello @mirosh and @fscaramuzza

we set CSP headers for security of you and your respondents. One of those headers requires all typeforms to be embedded in websites served over secure connection - HTTPS.

You should see an error in dev console.like this:

Refused to frame 'https://form.typeform.com/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors https:".

The only way to resolve this issue is to server your site via HTTPS instead of HTTP.

@santheman you need to serve your website over HTTPS. The only allowed exception is for local development on localhost.

See this topic for more details:

Hi. I embed typeform to my IOS hybrid App. It work ok. But now my app can load some typeform.

It started appearing 2 weeks ago

It getting error:

Refused to load https://xxx.typeform.com/to/xxxx because it does not appear in the frame-ancestors directive of the Content Security Policy.

I know my app don’t support SSL certificate. But it worked fine 2 year and not all typeform error.

Hi @TCBS thanks for stopping by the community! I added your post here where we have the answer. :)

@mathio Hi. I khown my app must support  SSL certificate. But why not all my typeform blocked.
You setting Content-Security-Policy report-uri for old typeform?

Check 2 typeform:

tcbs.typeform.com/to/tOtrCB : can load

tcbs.typeform.com/to/Nzfh15cX: can’t load

 Pls check. Thank you

Hi @TCBS In order for all the forms to load, you’ll need to be on an HTTPS site. The developers are still working on ensuring the rollout has been applied to all forms, which is most likely why you’re seeing this difference.

I couldn’t find the link to support if my life depended on it. Thank you for pointing it out! That link should be in big bold fat letters on top of the screen for all paid accounts. SUPER FRUSTRATING to not be able to find it and run around in circles.
