Typeform / Pipedrive integration - doesn't recognize survey

I’m attempting to integrate Pipedrive into my Typeform survey. In the step where I’m supposed to pick information from the survey, Typeform will only offer the default questions and not the questions that I’ve created. I haven’t published the survey yet, would it possibly be due to this or perhaps due to another issue? Any tips on how I can have the integration process recognize the survey that I’ve created?
