Zendesk Data in Typeform Responses

We want to trigger a request to complete a customer satisfaction survey in Typeform when we close a ticket in Zendesk. We also want the Typeform to be pre-populated with a couple of fields like the email address and ticket number because we already have this information in the ticket. Has anyone done this or know if it can be done?

Hi @Ulka Lucky for you, we’re about to release an NPS block in Typeform! It hasn’t come out quite yet (should be a few weeks), but until then, you could use the opinion scale and embed the form within an email.

Hi @Ulka Lucky for you, we’re about to release an NPS block in Typeform! It hasn’t come out quite yet (should be a few weeks), but until then, you could use the opinion scale and embed the form within an email.
