I have 3 questions re. Zoho

 

one)

Whenever I try to connect to Zoho, I receive

but when I accept I receive this

 

two) 

Is it possible to pre-populate a Typeform survey with customer data from Zoho? E.g. a user receives a survey, where his/her name is already populated in the field name (out of Zoho). The user can leave the field untouched or change it (e.g. in case his/her name is spelled wrongly).

 

three)

In case two would work, where do I get the correct typeform URL (for a specific user)?

To answer your questions, 

  1. The error is mentioning that this is most likely a login issue, so definitely be sure to check the email and password on the account! If that doesn’t work, I’d give clearing the cookies/cache on the browser a try. 
  2. It isn’t possible to pre-populate data, but you can pass in data using hidden fields. 
  3. Referencing above, this article here shows a great example of this using Mailchimp, which is essentially the same process for most CRMs/ESPs.
