GA4 and Google Ads not tracking videoask events

Hi 

I’m having issues with the videoask event tracking 

I am using both the GA and GTM integration in Videoask.

For GA4 I have set up an event tag that fires when any of the events are sent to GTM and this is all working fine on the GTM side

the below screen shot 

on the left shows GTM where all the events are sent and the tags fired, but the GA4 debug view (on the right) has on registered the “videoask_presented” event but it has not registered any of the other events that have been set through GTM

the other issue I am having is that all the Google ads conversion tags that are set to fire on these events are all makred as “still running” so the conversion is not triggering. 

Any insights into these issues and how to potentially fix would be greatly apreciated.
