50 responses bur free plan. How to get all the responses?

Hi, I ve used a free plan for a survey but limitation was under 10 responses and there were more than 50. Is it possible get all the answers if a pay for a plan despite it was done with the free plan? Thank you

Hi @Txes Yes! Once you upgrade your account, you’ll be able to see all of the responses that were collected.

I’ve just updated to a Basic plan, but I can only access to 9 responses from my last survey (and it has more than 20). How can I access to all the responses?

Hi @Txes If you click the “Responses” tab, you’ll be able to see each response. 

If you want to view the data, you’ll need to upgrade to one of the plans listed in the screenshot.
