Billed for yearly plan by accident

HI, 

I accidentally paid for the yearly plan while trying to pay for a monthly plan with an increased response limit as my card had already been selected. 

I would like to change my plan to a monthly plan and receive a refund for the remaining amount please. I am unable to contact billing, is there an email address or phone number I can reach?

Hi @MYn It depends on which plan you’re currently on and their queue amount, but usually in about 24 hours! If you don’t hear back from them, let me know. Mondays are always a bit hectic. 😅
