Billed for yearly plan by accident

HI, 

I accidentally paid for the yearly plan while trying to pay for a monthly plan with an increased response limit as my card had already been selected. 

I would like to change my plan to a monthly plan and receive a refund for the remaining amount please. I am unable to contact billing, is there an email address or phone number I can reach?

Hi @MYn It depends on which plan youโ€™re currently on and their queue amount, but usually in about 24 hours! If you donโ€™t hear back from them, let me know. Mondays are always a bit hectic. ๐Ÿ˜…
