How do I cancel a paid subscription ?  I used an email that does not exist any more (I left a prior job) But subscription charges per month are piling up with no way to cancel the subscription

This answer is not helpful; nobody has responded - I believe its an intentional strategy not to help with subscription cancellations !!!

 


Hi @Suja Chandra our billing team responded to your email on Saturday. Can you confirm that you received that reply? If not, you may want to check the spam inbox in case it landed there. 


Hello Liz, I have the exact same problem. I just wrote to the support email provided by TypeForm but it says they don’t process emails anymore. I try to write via help center, but it doesn’t let me attach proof of charge. 


I previously signed up for Typeform using my previous email address (samira@horizone.inc). As far as I recall, I canceled my subscription, and my previous email is no longer active as I changed my domain to my name. 

Today, my Amex card was charged for the new subscription. I don't understand how it has happened. 

 

Please help me cancel my subscription. I cannot get access to the platform, but I can clearly recall that I discontinued my subscription. 

 


@Samira88 - you;ll have to raise a ticket with Typeform Support at this link … they can help you get sorted. if you have already submitted a ticket, recommend being patient - they will get back to you. 

keep in mind though, that they are running a skeleton staff until the New Year to give staff holiday time. so a response from Support may be slower coming than normal
