Different URL for different forms

I have 2 types of forms, would like for the url to be different. How do I do that?

Hi @Bridget Happy Friday! If you’re referring to a custom subdomain, you would need two separate accounts to have two different subdomains. 

Another suggestion would be to embed the forms on your own websites.
