How do I disable auto renewal in the account settings? I have a monthly subscription?

Hi @Kay Will Welcome to the community! To disable auto-renewal, you will need to cancel your account. Once the account has been cancelled, the account will remain on the current plan for the remainder of the time period you’ve paid for you. You can learn more about cancelling your account and the effect this has on your forms here.
