ERROR on upgrade plan page


Hello,

 

I am receiving an error on the “view plans” page. I am trying to upgrade from my free plan, but the page does not let me advance and throws an error “Argh! Something went wrong.”

 

I have tried different browsers and another device. Please advise.

Hi @ralphdegreat Thanks for sharing the screenshot - super helpful! If this is happening after inputting card information, the error is most likely related to the card you’re using.

This happens on the page itself, this page is prior to entering any billing information.
