How do I change my only Team Member?


Hi

We love typeform! We’ve been using it for the last three years to get weekly pulse checks on how our employees are doing. 

The account holder is leaving the company, and we want to replace him with a user who will still be here. Our account is only for one team member (which we are happy with), but want to switch that user out for another one. I can’t see an obvious way to do this in the settings, does anybody know how to do this?

Hi @RossMac. Welcome to the Typeform Community! 

 

All you need to do is updating the email address of the account =) Once done, the new email will become the owner of the account. If you're unsure how to do that, here is a help center article with an explanation.

Thanks for your help Mariana. 

But I have failed to transfer my plan to another member. please help me. ASAP.

Yesterday admin of our crew(koresspeaks@kspeaks.kr) signed new PLUS yr plan, and invited 2 members and share my ownership to them 

and then  he left typeform but new member didn.t get ownership or new Plusplan. 

So, please help us 

Actually what I want is that You transfer ‘koreaspeaks@kspeaks.kr’’s Plus plan yearly (invoice number 3013105) to ‘team@kspeaks.kr
