How to move from a paid to a free account

Hi

i had a paid subscription last year. 
i looked the docs to downgrade the account to free and I am unable to do so. 
In addition, I am getting emails to pay for my subscription or my account will be cancelled. 
pleaer help asap. I have posted here before and the answer has been of no help. Can I get a phone number to talk to someone ASAP?

@Nishib - there is no phone support at Typeform, unfortunately. You need to raise a help ticket at this link in order to get the billing folks to help you understand how to do that and to make it happen for you.

    Ok, I sent the ticket. Hopefully someone gets back to me before my account is cancelled!!
