We have a Typeform Business account, but we are unable to contact support through the Typeform admin panel. This issue has been ongoing for several days. We have already tried clearing browser cookies and logging in using an incognito session on Google Chrome, but neither approach has worked.
When we click the “Support” button in the admin panel, we receive the following message:
“Messages could not be loaded
Tap to retry”
Tapping “retry” does not resolve the issue.
Can someone help?
