I don't receive a response on my mail account

The replies of my interested/leads is not displayed/shown as a notification in my mail account. I can’t see them, i don’t receive a message rom typeform that i received a new response. Is this normal?

Hi @Giuseppe Caparrotti If you haven’t already, you’ll need to turn on self-notifications to receive emails when your respondents fill out the form.

Hello Liz, i found it. Thanks.

 

But i have seen, that the button was already switched on. 


Little bit confused why i don’t receive the typeforms in the past.

 

Then maybe in the future :-)

Glad to hear, @Giuseppe Caparrotti ! Just be sure the form is published after you turn on the feature so you receive email notifications.
