I want out? but they have taken another sub from me

I am sickened . I have not used this service at all and yet Typeform have taken yet another sub from my account . I noticed when I looked at my bill….and they don't do refunds? shameless ...absolutely shameless behaviour ….when so many business are struggling they won't honour a cancellation by offering a refund. ….so I get to downgrade and may even get to cancel but they wont refund .

I understand your frustration and I’d like to apologize for the situation. In these cases, the best thing to do is to reach out to our Support team and wait a little for their reply. I can assure you they will always do their very best to help out. :wink:
