Hi, 

We are on a monthly business plan and wanted to check that this is a direct debit that will continue until we choose to cancel the plan?

Hi @bella.moore Apologies for the delay here! Hopefully you were able to reach the billing team, but if not, your account will auto-renew until you choose to cancel. This means that the monthly or yearly charged will be processed each billing cycle automatically from the card on your account.
