No feedback from Support

After a little email conversation with the Support, due to a problem in linking my GitHub account and the Typeform one, they aren’t answering back.

Are you experiencing the same problem with the support?

HI @jRv Our support team replied to your email on December 29th, but didn’t receive a reply back. They do see there is a new ticket in the queue from you, and will they respond as soon as they can to it. 

I would suggest replying back to that ticket for the fastest support. 

Uncorrect, I’m sorry. I’ve replied three times after your answer on the 29th.
