Hello, I don't understand, on the free version I had access to QUESTION DROP-OFF RATE.
Since I opted for the Basic version I no longer have access to this feature. I don't find this normal.

Hi @AntoineLi Welcome to the community! It’s possible you were on a grandfathered version of our Free accounts, which did include this feature. You will need to have a Business plan in order to access the drop-off rates. You can read more about the plans and their features here.

I understand, but what I find illogical is to have benefited from this option and once I decide to take a basic plan and isn't available.
