receive invoice by email

We can see the invoice but i can dowload her.
Maybe you should think about this new feature ?

Hi @Louce When viewing the invoice, you can save it by choosing the option to print and then saving as a PDF instead. It’s not the most direct option, but hopefully that helps.

Is there a way to get the invoice in the email without being logged in? we want Zapier to send the PDF directly to our drive.

Hi @Dekz13 I’m afraid not. You’ll need to be logged into your account to access your invoices.

So basically you are saying you don’t email invoices? Yet in this article it says they get emailed to the account on file: https://www.typeform.com/help/a/billing-payments-faq-360029576571/

I have not received said invoice to the email account on file. Thoughts?

@BASF - suggest you raise a support ticket and tag the Billing department to have the discussion 

the Community won’t be able to help you with that bit..
