Refund for automatic annual renewal

Hi,

I subscribed to Typeform through my GitHub student developer pack last year (only for one month). And today I received an email notifying me that I was charged with $520. Since I am a student at University of Pittsburgh and do live on budget, I will not be able to afford it. Could you please help me get a refund? I already left a query to the Billing team.

@beg88 - if you have already left a ticket for the billing team, they will get back to you. The Community folks are not able to do that. 

Given that it is the weekend, the turn around time may be a little slower, depending on the other tickets for similar services that they are facing.. They should get back to you Monday at the latest
