I was just charged a yearly subscription but I do not use this service at all. I haven´t used it and do not want this going forward. I had no warning of a subscription. I´ve cancelled everything before. I am so unclear why this is happening. right after I got the bill in my email. I have been trying so hard to get my money back. Please help. Give me someone I can talk to. This is not OK. I just lost my job. I cannot afford this. I am begging you. I have reached out on all social media platforms too because for the last hour I have been trying to get information and I cant find anything. Please refund me.
