Unable to raise a support ticket

Hi, 

You have renewed my annual subscription without giving me any notice of the payment, and I would like to cancel and get a refund. However, I am unable to raise a support ticket as the screen gives me no drop down options and will not let me proceed further.  Please can you advise me how to proceed.

Hi @Tim C You will need to click the dropdown and select the corresponding option in order to submit a ticket like below:

    Hi Liz,  thank you for responding  - but the problem is the drop down menu doesn't work.  I can’t do anything with the ‘please  select a category’ menu…

    PS  I have emailed the support desk directly now so hopefully will get a response soon from them.

    That’s weird. Could be a bug. Can you clear cache and try again, @Tim C Thanks a lot!
