Unable to sign in/ typeform sign in issues

Hi,

URGENT. NEED HELP ASAP. I am unable to sign in my typeform. Previously signed up using my work email. But because this was eventually going to be a team tool, we decided to use our email alias instead. Received the activation and signed in from there. Cant log back in ever since we logged out. We were actually working on some important stuff in our Typeform. Funny thing, this is confirmed that the email was changed as when i try to sign in via my work email, Typeform asks me to sign up again. 

 

What could be the reason here? Why cant we access our account? If email alias is the issue, we’re okay reverting to my work email.
