I’m the founder of Flowtuitive, where we turn questions into customer journeys. I design conversational quizzes, assessments, forms and client-facing experiences that help businesses capture better information, understand their customers and guide people naturally toward the next step. My background spans journalism, brand messaging, client experience and the professional beauty industry, so I’m especially interested in what happens when thoughtful questions, good writing and smart technology come together.
