How Can I Cancel my Subscription? My previous email doesn't exist

I previously signed up for Typeform using my previous email address (samira@horizone.inc). As far as I recall, I canceled my subscription, and my previous email is no longer active as I changed my domain to my name. 

Today, my Amex card was charged for the new subscription. I don't understand how it has happened. 

 

Please help me cancel my subscription. I cannot get access to the platform, but I can clearly recall that I discontinued my subscription.

Hi again Liz, 

Happy Tuesday and Merry Christmas! 

I tried. I was given this email support@typeform.com. I sent a note to them and received a response mentioning: 

“We have updated our support experience to provide you with the most up to date resources all in one place. This means that unfortunately, this email is no longer monitored by our Support team. If you have any questions, please visit our Help Hub where you can find the very best content from our Knowledge Base and Community, all in one place. You will also be able to contact us or ask the Community from there.”. I clicked on the contact us and it led me to this page. 

 

Please provide me with an email that I can communicate directly, I don’t want to go round and round in circles.
