I previously signed up for Typeform using my previous email address (samira@horizone.inc). As far as I recall, I canceled my subscription, and my previous email is no longer active as I changed my domain to my name.
Today, my Amex card was charged for the new subscription. I don't understand how it has happened.
Please help me cancel my subscription. I cannot get access to the platform, but I can clearly recall that I discontinued my subscription.
