Unable to generate a report

I’m trying to generate a report from the results summary tab but am getting the “Hold tight—just getting this page ready” message all day long.

Based on previous messages in the community, I made sure that the survey was published.

Is there any other reason I’m not aware of?

Sometimes this issue can occur if the browser cache needs to be cleared. Do you mind giving that a try to see if that does the trick? :grin:
