Removing test results from reports

Hello Typeform Community!

I’d love to know if there is a way to remove test responses/deleted responses from the result reports. My team and I have submitted a few surveys as a test for a particular Typeform survey, and I want to read the reports without the interference of the data that was just for testing. Is there any possibility to do this?

hi @Elle_RevelCPA thanks for popping by! If the CPA in your handle is in reference to accounting, I hope your busy season is going well. :grinning: If you’re not an accountant, hope you’re doing well regardless ha!

It isn’t possible to remove test data from the reports/insights, but I can note this suggestion for you! In the meantime, you could duplicate the form and use the duplicate as the live version, which would then have a clear slate as far as reporting goes.

I’d like to request the same, @Liz ! The ability to remove test responses. I did the workaround you suggested though and it worked perfectly!
