if I create the NPS question on different forms, can I see the overall NPS result or do I only see the separate NPS result for each form?

Hi @HilvanSantos Welcome to the community! It would only be possible to see the Results for each form within their respective Results panel.

If you wanted to see the results across different forms, you could use an integration like Google Sheets to pull all of the data together.
